30 Minutes Of:…
After being unable to bring you the latest recorded radio shows from CPR I came up with an idea that would keep me connected to you with the music I wanna play for you. It’s called “30 Minutes Of:…” It’s the first of a set of 30 minutes of music of different styles and eras, and, to start this year’s blogging (at least for me), I bring you Soul Music, the music that’s been existing in my brain for quite a while and that remains a very important part of my music collection.
This selection has been picked out of my vinyl vault as you will hear the grittiness of some of the songs, just pure analog sound that became digital for the sole purpose of internet entertainment made for you.
Enjoy.
Bringing you some good ol’ soul after a loooong music break…
This is Jon Lucien and this great track “Would you believe in me?”
It’s called “30 Minutes Of : Soul!!”
The power of Low Powe Radio...
Now it’s time to take a look to an important website: Prometheus Radio Project.
Their goal is to “build, support, and advocate for community radio stations which empower participatory community voices and movements for social change”.
Now let’s celebrate the holidays with this great song by the great Queen of Salsa!
